Good day,

Kindly advise as I have been receiving financial assistance from NSFAS for this semester. However, I haven’t receive anything for the Month of November. When I tried to log onto the website, I was asked to send through my ID Copy and consent form which I did. Hence nothing happened.

I have been trying get hold of you via email and telephone but haven’t had any luck.

Your assistance and response will be highly appreciated.

I will advice you to go the nearest NSFAS office around in person and present your case for effective facilitation.
