To whom it may concern I am the manager of a registered NPO called Women of Hope. We deal with women from various walks of life and specialise in patients with a history of sex trafficking, rape, eating disorders, domestic violence, mental health issues and substance abuse. We have a young lady, Simone Prins (24 years old), who has been with us for 12 months. Simone has excelled in her healing and restoration. She has grown in faith and has become an inspiration to the other residents. She is very trustworthy and the responsibilities she has been given in the home of ‘house prefect’ and admin secretary has been managed diligently. Due to unfortunate circumstances in her life she was unable to complete her tertiary education. She has completed her grade 8 qualification and would now like to continue to study in order to get her matric certificate. We are writing this to enquire if you would consider sponsoring this dedicated young lady to further her education and achieve her dreams. We can definitely vouch that she would be an asset to society.
Dear Sir/Madam My daughter has applied for a bursary. She has been accepted at CPUT to study event management. I am not able to fund her studies. I have taught for the WCED for 30 years in January and cannot see my child not get the same opportunity my eldest one received. I was able to put her through varsity and am still paying off the end of her fees. She completed her BSC last year and is working at Groote Schuur Hospital. Shannon Bergman, my daughter, has registered at varsity but awaits a response from her appeal. She wants to study full time and can still try to work casually. Without your support, I cannot give her the education she deserves and wants for herself. I know there are hundreds of worthy candidates. All I am asking is that you give her a chance to prove herself. I know this is strange but I have to try as my hands are tied at this point. With thanks and gratitude
Hi I would like to know if there is any Bursaries possible for my workers. I/m registered as a electrical contractor at NBCEI and a member of ECA but none of them can help me. I do have a few workers that can not afford training and so do I. The panel beaters and mechanics in town do have the opportunity but we don’t. Hope to hear from you soon. Regards Jurg Kuyler
